Postal Service
I dispatch all my pipes and accessories via Royal Mail. UK orders are dispatched using Tracked 24. All international orders are dispatched using International Track and Signed. If you enter your mobile telephone number at checkout, you should receive SMS updates from Royal Mail.
Shipping Locations
The Royal Mail ships to 230 countries and territories. However, there maybe a few that do not offer both tracked and signed for services. If you are not offered Royal Mail delivery at checkout, then I cannot ship a pipe to your country. Please check with Royal Mail to see if your country has tracked and signed delivery from the UK:

Dispatch Times
I dispatch my orders 1-2 times a week, so please allow up to 5 working days to receive your tracking number.
Delivery Times
You should receive your UK order within 1-2 working days of receiving your tracking number. International orders can vary considerably due to the local postal service and current Covid-19 restrictions. As a guide, Europe – 1 week, North America – 2 weeks, rest of the world – 3+ weeks.
